His formal training at the renowned Alma culinary school, led by 3-Michelin-starred Chef Gualtiero Marchesi, laid the foundation for an impressive career. From Michelin-starred Italian kitchens to the demanding roles of sous chef in Paris and London, Chef Sergio has consistently refined his techniques. He mastered French cuisine at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris and honed his skills at London's Bleeding Heart restaurant. Now, as a private chef, he brings his international experience and passion for authentic Italian flavors to discerning travelers seeking an exclusive culinary adventure.
